Account Manager Sales for the East China Region m/f

It has subsidiaries in the United States (Detroit), England (London), China (Shanghai) and India (Pune). voxeljet has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 2013. Our customers include internationally renowned car manufacturers, leading mechanical engineering firms and prominent research institutes.

Effective immediately, we are looking to add to our team in East China.

 

Position Overview:

The establishment and operation of the voxeljet subsidiary in China requires the building of a compact, strong and professional sales team to support the company’s business and grow the market for its products. The Account Manager position will require securing new business for 3D printed sand cores, 3D printed plastic patterns and 3D printing Systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and operational processing of customers
  • Strong focus on account development and growing your business against set targets
  • Create Sales forecasts and ensure regular reporting
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with our customers
  • Support our customers with sales related technical support
  • Negotiate and follow up customer contracts
  • Alert the company to technological and commercial trends in the Asian market

 

Requirements:

  • Technical or sales/marketing education
  • Experience within technical sales (B2B), preferably in foundry related industries
  • Competitive and positive mindset, goal and result oriented
  • Ability to think broadly and strategically
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken; knowledge in German desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to customers
  • Solid analytical and technical skills in MS Office, internal sales tools (SAP)
