The Xperience Lab and its services

In the voxeljet Material Xperience Lab, we enable our customers to test specific materials on voxeljet 3D printing systems. And to certify them for sustainable use in production. The scope of the classification levels relates to the respective manufacturing process and can be adapted to your individual requirements if necessary. The offer includes the following services:

  • Optimization of material binder combinations for specific production processes or products
  • Optimizing process parameters in 3D printing systems for perfect production results
  • Certification of specific materials such as sands, polymers, ceramic powders and binders for use on voxeljet 3D printing systems
