Job Objective:

Timely and quality provision of consumables internally and externally.

Your tasks:

  • Monitoring of the stock in the area of consumables and creation of purchase requisitions
  • Storage of goods and picking based on customer orders
  • Incoming goods inspection
  • Quality control with recoater test stand, Ubbelohde and refraction index
  • Packing of the material and control of hazardous materials
  • Registration of the shipment at forwarding agencies and safe loading of the goods
  • Preparation of dangerous goods documents
  • Processing of supplier and customer complaints
  • Creation and dispatch of quotations, customer orders and order confirmations in SAP
  • Mixing of binders according to recipe and filling into prescribed containers
  • Mixing of sand according to specification and transferring of fluids and particle material
  • Quality control of the produced binder according to specification

Your profile:

  • successfully completed vocational training as a chemical technician or a comparable qualification
  • alternatively training as a warehouse clerk with basic chemical knowledge
  • first relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of handling hazardous substances and in-depth knowledge of hazardous goods law would be an advantage
  • basic knowledge of quality control and SAP desirable
  • goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • distinct ability to communicate and work in a team
  • high sense of responsibility and reliability
