We are looking for support to strengthen our aftersales team with immediate effect.
Job Objective:
Support of the service team and responsibility for order processing in this area.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Order processing in SAP by creating and processing quotations, orders and deliveries, picking and document processing
- Master data maintenance and data entry in SAP
- Obtaining quotations from forwarding agencies for shipment processing
- Commissioning freight forwarders and registering shipments in portals
- Shipment tracking and processing of shipment complaints as well as returns and storage
- Checking and implementing contract conditions and modules for order processing
- Quotation and order creation
- Checking of project hours of the service team and reporting of assignments
- Preparation of evaluations and receipts
- Invoice checking
- Supervision of trainees in the area
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- first work experience desirable
- confident handling of the common MS Office applications
- initial experience with SAP would be an advantage
- good written and spoken English
- independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
- knowledge of time and self-management
