Job Objective:

Ensure smooth operation of the reception area and related administrative tasks in the area of fleet/mobile and facility management.

Your tasks:

  • Visitor management (reception of customers, business partners and applicants as well as taking care of hospitality)
  • Management of the central telephone and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keeping the cash register and the cash book
  • Procurement of office supplies and archive maintenance
  • Fleet management and handling of the JobRad issue
  • Building management and taking over the administrative building management
  • Management of meeting rooms and common rooms
  • Operational support and contact person for the janitor as well as internal and external cleaners
  • organization of company celebrations
  • administration of new and existing cell phone business
  • Support of the manager in various projects and administrative tasks
  • Preparation of annual or as-needed evaluations and support in reviewing, discussing and obtaining quotes

Your profile:

  • successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • relevant professional experience desirable
  • confident handling of the common MS Office applications
  • first experiences with SAP advantageous
  • good written and spoken English
  • independent, reliable way of working
  • very good communication and teamwork skills
  • high reliability and organizational skills
  • sense of responsibility
