We are looking for support to strengthen our machine assembly team with immediate effect.

Job Objective:

Assembly of components and systems according to plans and drawings.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • assemble components and systems according to drawings and plans within a specified time frame
  • checking the provided material regarding completeness and quality
  • electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of the equipment and rectification of the same
  • completing and signing off on assembly checklists
  • communication of problems and deficiencies to the team leader
  • assist the team leader in the creation of machine improvement tickets and complaint reports
  • (electrical) commissioning of systems
  • execution and documentation of the VDE test
  • installation of software on PLC and plant computer
  • parameterization of inverters and zeroing of axes

Your profile:

  • completed vocational training in the fields of mechatronics, electronics or a comparable qualification
  • relevant professional experience desirable
  • understanding of technical documentation and drawings such as electrical, pneumatic or fluid plans
  • forklift license and crane license desirable
  • knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • experience with PLC software, preferably from B&R, is an advantage
  • basic knowledge in the use of the Atlas, ProPrint and Rapix system controls as well as knowledge in the operation of the EPDM of SolidWorks would be an advantage
  • goal-oriented and structured way of working as well as strong problem-solving skills
  • sense of responsibility, reliability and independence
  • good communication and teamwork skills
