We are looking for support to strengthen our Internal Audit team with immediate effect.

Job Objective:

Participation in the implementation of the internal audit of voxeljet AG and its subsidiaries.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Improvement of the internal control system process and documentation for voxeljet AG and its subsidiaries
Supporting the performance of scheduled and unscheduled internal audits for compliance with the SOX guidelines of the US stock exchange
Testing various processes to validate the operational effectiveness of internal controls and providing advice on process improvement
Assisting the ‘process owners’ of the various departments in preparing for external audits (e.g. PWC audit)
Support in the preparation of various internal and external audit reports

Your profile:

successfully completed studies in the economic field, ideally with a focus on accounting, auditing or controlling, alternatively a comparable qualification
proficient in the use of standard MS Office applications
initial experience with SAP and SOX would be an advantage
business fluent in written and spoken German and English
very good teamwork skills and an independent way of working
communication skills and problem-solving competence
