We are looking for support to strengthen our Printer Setup-Application team with immediate effect.

Job Objective:

Ensure productive operation throughout the service centre by maintaining, repairing and preparing the 3D printers.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Repairing defective system components of the 3D printers in production
Carrying out maintenance according to the maintenance plan
Setting system configurations using software and documenting the configurations
Assisting with the commissioning of production systems in the productive production process
Putting the system into an operational state using a checklist
Cleaning of relevant plant components
Setting up the plant and providing production material and distributing it to appropriate storage locations by means of industrial trucks and crane
Disposal and documentation of waste products
Documentation of standard production processes
Ensuring the quality requirements of the products
Implementing improvements in production procedures and processes
General tasks such as assisting colleagues with the unpacking of printed components when required

Your profile:

Successfully completed training in the field of metal processing or a corresponding trade profession
manual dexterity and technical understanding
goal-oriented, structured and independent way of working
Problem-solving skills and a high degree of reliability
High sense of responsibility
ability to communicate and work in a team
