Job Objective:

Ensure completion of all tasks in the Electronics & Control group to the required quality as well as within the specified time horizon.

Your tasks:

  • Technical and disciplinary group management
  • Electrical design and responsibility for plant planning
  • Responsibility for PLC programming and ensuring quality and adherence to schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international standards in the field
  • responsibility for the safety PLC incl. SISTEMA evaluation
  • transparent version management
  • Contact person for all electrical topics
  • Further development of PLC applications
  • Observation of the market and technology trends as well as implementation if required
  • Participation in the planning of new machines or systems
  • Service/customer support as 3rd level support
  • Cooperation in the team

Your profile:

  • successfully completed studies in the field of automation technology or a comparable qualification
  • relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of electrical planning (ideally with EPLAN), PLC programming (ideally with B&R Automation Studio) and drive technology
  • very good knowledge of German and English
  • goal-oriented, structured and independent way of working
  • high level of problem-solving skills and reliability
  • high sense of responsibility
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility and negotiation skills
  • occasional willingness to travel
