Job Objective:

Coordinate and manage sales tasks within the Sales Matrix.

Your tasks:

  • Coordination of deadlines, orders and documents
  • Communication with internal departments and external partners
  • Monitoring of SOX guidelines and their compliance
  • Maintenance of data records in the CRM system
  • Managing leads and opportunities
  • Creating and managing offers in the area of system sales
  • Creation and management of contracts (e.g. supply/partner contracts) according to templates
  • Accounts receivable management
  • Management of master data and release authorizations in SAP
  • Document management

Your profile:

  • successfully completed commercial training with further training as an industrial specialist or comparable qualification
  • first relevant professional experience desirable
  • confident handling of the common MS Office applications
  • first experiences with SAP desirable
  • fluent written and spoken English
  • independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
  • knowledge of time and self-management
