Job Objective:

Ensure smooth operations in the Sales back office.

Your tasks:

  • Coordination of meetings, workshops and the flow of documents
  • Telephone contact and initial pre-qualification of potential clients
  • Support in projects by monitoring tasks as well as deadlines
  • Carrying out project controlling of sales projects in terms of time, budget and quality
  • Creation and updating of documents, status reports and presentations
  • Support in the topic of SOX
  • Checking the processing of leads and opportunities as well as tracking
  • Creation and management of offers in the Systems area
  • Researching contact details and contacts
  • Proper customs declaration and transport registration
  • Maintaining records in CRM and managing master data in SAP

Your profile:

  • successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • relevant professional experience desirable
  • confident handling of the common MS Office applications
  • first experiences with SAP advantageous
  • knowledge in project management as well as in time and self management
  • fluent written and spoken English
  • independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
  • very good communication and team skills
