Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Purpose of the job:

Installation and Maintenance of our 3D-printers worldwide

Your tasks:

  • installation and maintenance of our 3D-printers worldwide
  • carrying out necessary service and maintenance work
  • short-term service assignments at the customer’s site including on-site troubleshooting
  • documentation of the service assignments
  • support of the layout planning of production plants
  • implementation of plant acceptance at the customers’ site
  • support of the departments research and engineering in the implementation of maintenance-related topics
  • implementation of plant acceptance at the customers’ site
  • technical customer service

Your profile:

  • completed training as a technician in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • qualified electrician or similar training is desirable
  • experience in dealing with mechatronic systems and process engineering systems
  • experience or expertise in the areas of controls, drives, pneumatics as well as electronic and mechanical assembly
  • very high willingness to travel worldwide
  • good written and spoken English skills
  • goal-oriented way of working, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • knowledge of common office applications and initial experience with ERP systems is desirable
  • enjoy dealing with customers
