We are looking for support to strengthen our Technical Service team with immediate effect.
Job Objective:
Installation of production plants nationally and internationally as well as carrying out service assignments.
Your tasks:
- Installation and commissioning of 3D printing systems incl. calibration and readjustment
- Carrying out service and maintenance work at the customer’s premises
- Analysis of machine and software errors
- Development of solutions as well as support and advice in troubleshooting
- Replacement of parts and recommissioning of printing systems
- Quality control and initial instruction of customers
- Identification of potential improvements to products
- Preparation of service and installation reports
- Technical customer support
Your profile:
-
completed training as a technician in the field of mechatronics, electronics or a comparable qualification

good knowledge of control systems, drives, pneumatics and electronic and mechanical assembly

Confident in the use of common office applications

Knowledge of EPDM, Automation Studio and Tia Portal as well as the use of SAP desirable

Good written and spoken English

High willingness to travel

Target-oriented and structured way of working as well as excellent communication skills

Very high flexibility, sense of responsibility and reliability

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
