We are looking for support to strengthen our software team with immediate effect.

Job Objective:

Ensuring a functioning plant control software and the related supporting applications.

Your tasks:

  • Maintenance of the existing software
  • Further development of the current software from the analysis of new requirements to the development and consideration of various realisation options to the implementation in the source code
  • Hardware integration by means of manufacturer APIs
  • Documentation of the source code in the source code file as well as bug fixing in JIRA
  • Testing of software adaptations

Your profile:

  • successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • first relevant professional experience desirable
  • Knowledge of .Net, C#, WPF, WCF, XML and SQL
  • Knowledge of .Net core and gRPC desirable
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and MVVM patterns
  • Experience in database development, preferably with postgreSQL, desirable as well as with the programs Visual Studio, Git, pgAdmin and Jira an advantage
  • Good command of English and German
  • goal-oriented, reliable and structured way of working
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of self-motivation and independence
  • Ability to work under pressure
