Job Objective:

Systematically provide materials and documentation to start projects and support adjacent departments.

Your tasks:

  • Material provision for machine assembly
  • Material and parts list handling in the ERP system
  • Creation of parts lists and work packages
  • project- and deadline-related material planning
  • Creation of picking documents
  • Coordination of stock levels and reservations
  • Preventing material bottlenecks through delivery date tracking, evaluations and coordination with the purchasing department
  • Elimination of production bottlenecks due to missing parts

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • relevant professional experience, further training as master craftsman or technician
  • Understanding of technical documentation such as drawings, eplans, pneumatic plans, and fluid plans
  • confident handling of the common office applications
  • first experiences with SAP and EPDM desirable
  • good command of English
  • structured way of working and strong problem solving skills
  • ability to communicate and work in a team
  • high reliability, independence and flexibility
