We are looking for support to strengthen our technical service team with immediate effect.

Job Objective:

Ensuring functional production plants through maintenance and test operation/initial operation of the plants on site at the customer.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Service and maintenance at the customer’s premises
Replacement of parts, recommissioning and adjustment of the printing systems
Supporting the service team during installations and commissioning of 3D printing systems under specifications
Technical customer support by e-mail and telephone
Participation in project teams of large-scale projects by implementing work packages e.g. calibration and adjustment of printers

Your profile:

Completed training in mechatronics, electronics or a comparable qualification
first work experience advantageous
Knowledge in the areas of control, drives, pneumatics as well as electronic and mechanical assembly
Confident handling of the usual Office applications
Good written and spoken English
High willingness to travel and flexibility
goal-oriented and structured way of working as well as communication skills
Sense of responsibility and reliability
