To strengthen our Industrial Apprenticeship team, we are looking for immediate support in the field of mechatronics.
Job Objective:
Ensuring sufficient qualified junior staff through training.
Your tasks:
- Main responsibility for the training of mechatronics technicians, from conception to goal-oriented planning and organization to implementation and supervision
- Imparting and deepening knowledge, skills and competencies in accordance with the training regulations
- Assumption of the role model function for the trainees
- Support and encouragement of the trainees in achieving the training objectives
- Contact with various contact persons such as the vocational school
- Documentation of processes relevant to training
- Participation in staff fairs
- Selection of trainees
- Responsibility for training facilities, including maintenance and procurement of new equipment
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician with further training as a master craftsman or a comparable qualification
- Trainer aptitude test according to AEVO (AdA certificate)
- First technical experience
- confident handling of the common MS Office applications
- independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
- Communication and conflict management skills
- Leadership and training of predominantly young employees
