What you can expect

Job Objective:

Support of the Finance team in day-to-day business

Your tasks:

Assisting with the invoicing of various order types (e.g. sale of hardware, merchandise and services) as part of regular business activities
Support in processing requests from the auditor as part of the annual audit
Checking the probability of default of our customers and preparing measures to reduce bad debt losses
Assisting with the improvement and documentation of processes in finance and accounting

Your profile:

Studies in business administration or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
Enrollment at a college or university
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English
Analytical thinking skills and an affinity for numbers

high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility
