What you can expect

Job Objective:

Support of the Purchasing team in day-to-day business

Your tasks:

Independent ordering of specific groups of goods
Coordination of order confirmations and invoices
Delivery date tracking
Coordination of requirements with the respective department
Support of strategic processes

Your profile:

Studies in business administration or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on purchasing
Enrollment at a college or university
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English
Analytical thinking skills and an affinity for numbers
quick comprehension as well as an independent and conscientious way of working
high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility
distinct ability to work in a team and flexibility
