The application process

The easiest way to apply is via the application form. The application documents should be attached as a PDF. We also accept applications by mail. Unfortunately, however, we cannot accept verbal applications.

Complete application documents include a cover letter, a current curriculum vitae, employment references, a diploma, and relevant certificates and attestations. For students, a certificate of achievement from their studies is also an advantage.

Yes, it is possible to apply for several positions at the same time. All we need is a short note in your cover letter that you are also interested in another position.

Yes, all positions on our website are still open.

The same applies here – send us your complete application documents. We will forward the application documents to the respective contact person.

In general, the file should not be larger than 5 MB, otherwise we might not receive your documents.

As soon as we have received your application documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail within one week. If this is not the case, we have not received your documents. In this case, we ask you to contact us again.

You can withdraw your application at any time. A short mail or a phone call is sufficient for this.

We collect personal data from applicants in order to process the application procedure. If a contract of employment is concluded, this data will continue to be stored for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.

If we are unable to consider your application, your data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the advertised position has been filled or, in the case of unsolicited applications, 6 months after receipt of the application.

An exception to this is made if we have to retain the application documents, for example, for the purpose of providing evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Opportunities Act, or if other legitimate interests exist. If we store application documents in our application pool for a longer period of time, we will ask you for your consent.

As a rule, we try to give you initial feedback within 2-3 weeks after confirmation of receipt. During vacation periods, the period may also vary somewhat, although we always inform applicants in the event of delays in the selection process.

Training

The training for industrial clerks (m/f/d) usually lasts 3 years.
Training for mechatronics engineers (m/f/d) usually lasts 3.5 years.
The training for IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) usually lasts 3 years.

We offer dual training, i.e. parallel training in the company and vocational school.

Studies

In general, this is definitely possible. We regularly advertise vacancies in a wide range of specialist areas – whether commercial or technical. If there is no suitable position currently advertised, you are welcome to send us an unsolicited application. The important thing is to mention any suitable specialist areas that are of interest.

We do not currently offer any dual study programs.

Internship

We always accept students for internships. The duration is fixed by the respective university for compulsory internships. We offer voluntary internships for career orientation up to a duration of 3 months.

Internship semesters are usually tied to university semesters. There are no fixed start dates for voluntary internships. They are coordinated individually.

Yes, we offer student internships in the technical and commercial fields. Please note the designated internship weeks. We are only able to support mandatory internships at schools to a very limited extent. Please contact us briefly for this purpose.

Yes, you can apply for internships on your own initiative. We then check internally for demand in the specialist departments.
