In the application process we collect personal data of applicants. If an employment contract is concluded, these data are stored for further use within the scope of the employment.
If your application is not considered, your personal data are deleted not later than 6 months after the filling of the vacancy or 6 months after the submission of unsolicited applications.
An exception to this the requirement to store application, e.g. for evidence in a court case regarding the General Act on Equal Treatment or when other parties have a valid interest.

We usually try to respond within 2 to 3 weeks of the confirmation of receipt. This time frame may vary slightly during vacation times. We always notify the applicant of any delay in the selection process.
It is generally possible to do so, provided that your course of studies is a good fit with our company. Please also submit an application for possible thesis work. It is important to indicate the time frame for writing your thesis as well as the subject of the work. Only then can we check with our departments to see whether we can advise you on the thesis.
We currently offer opportunities for double majors only on a limited basis. We publish available study places on our website.
We often accept students for internships. The length of mandatory internships is set by the university involved. We offer elective internships for professional orientation for periods up to 3 months.
The practice semester is usually tied to the university semesters. There are no fixed starting dates for elective internships. These are coordinated individually.
Yes, we have high school internships for training in industrial business management and mechatronics. Please note the weekly internship periods posted on our website. We are able to offer only a very limited number of places for mandatory high school internships. Please contact us to inquire about availability.
Yes, you can. After the submission of your unsolicited application for an internship we review the staff requirements of the operating Departments.
The apprenticeship as Industrial Manager usually takes 3 years.
The apprenticeship as Mechatronics Technicians usually takes 3,5 years.
The apprenticeship as IT specialist usually takes 3 years.
We offer dual training opportunities, which means that you receive parallel training on the job and in a vocational school.

According to these laws, the company has binding rules on such things as working times and lunch breaks for trainees who are minors.
