Furan Direct Binding - FDB

Furan resins have been in use in the casting industry for decades. Material properties have been tried and tested many times and are well known. This also applies to 3D printing. Our furan resin processes are characterized by low costs, high sand diversity and feasible component sizes and quantities. Casting molds with dimensions of up to 4 x 2 x 1 metres can be 3D-printed quickly and without the need for tooling. The broad range of sand types to choose from, allows customers to achieve ideal casting properties.
