voxeljet’s supervisory board supports the management in an advisory capacity with regard to legality, regularity, expediency and economic efficiency of the company’s management. Our supervisory board consists of three members with valuable know-how and many years of experience in various branches of industry.

Peter Nietzer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Peter Nietzer (born in 1960) has been the Chairman of our Supervisory Board since 2013. He brings extensive experience to voxeljet having worked in the field of strategy, restructuring and organizaton consulting to top management for many years from 1989 to 2000 and also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wavelight AG from 1999 to 2007.

From 2000 to 2017, Peter Nietzer was Executive Board member and Managing Partner of Felicitas GmbH (previously known as GI Ventures AG), an investment management company he co-founded.

Moreover, from 2005 to 2017 he held the position of Partner and Chief Financial Officer of GermanCapital GmbH, a private equity company also co-founded by him and specializing in mid-market buy-outs.

Furthermore, Mr. Nietzer served as Non‑Executive Director of Cognis Credit Opportunities Fund Ltd., Cognis Credit Opportunities Master Fund Ltd. and Cognis Credit Opportunities Manager (Cayman) Ltd. from 2013 until 2016.

Since January 2013 Peter Nietzer has also been the owner and Managing Director of KITES Industriebeteiligungen GmbH, a private investment holding company, and of M59 Advisory Services.

Volker Neuber, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Volker Neuber (born 1967) joined the supervisory board of voxeljet AG in July 2020. Mr. Neuber started his career in 1991 as a trainee with General Electric, where he held various positions from sales, marketing and Six Sigma Master Black Belt to the General Management of it’s German plastics division. From 2004 to 2010, he acted as Vice President for Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd, where he was responsible for -strategic corporate development of the markets in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In 2010, Mr. Neuber took over the majority shares in Ettlinger Kunststoffmaschinen GmbH, a manufacturer of high-performance filters for plastics recycling. He sold Ettlinger to the US company Dover (NYSE: DOV) in 2018. Mr. Neuber is now Managing Director and Director for Recycling Systems at MAAG Pump Systems AG, a company within Dover. Particularly thanks to his wealth of experience in the plastics industry and his many years of dedication to corporate management, Volker Neuber is a valuable addition to the Supervisory Board of voxeljet AG. Mr. Neuber completed his studies in business administration and business informatics at the state technical college in Würzburg, Germany.

Jacqueline Schneider, Member of the Supervisory Board

Jacqueline Schneider joined the supervisory board of voxeljet AG in May 2023. She is an experienced Chief Revenue Officer, Business Advisor and Board of Director with a demonstrated history of working with emerging growth technology and software companies. Mrs. Schneider already owns years of experience within the 3D printing industry, acting in various roles, both in sales and as Board of Advisor. From 2007 to 2016 she acted as Global Vice President of Sales & Customer Service for Protolabs, an on-demand supplier of custom prototypes and low-volume production parts produced by additive manufacturing, CNC machining and injection molding equipment. In 2016 she took over responsibility as Chief Revenue Officer for Field Nation, a leading work platform connecting organizations with freelance field technicians. In 2019, Mrs Schneider then founded Northpointe Advisors, consulting companies to identify growth opportunities and areas for operational efficiencies, and then create strategies and high performing teams to deliver optimized outcomes. Jacqueline Schneider currently serves on Board of Advisor at Xometry and 3DEO as well as Director for Tempo Automation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (St. Cloud State University).


Jane Arnold, Member of the Supervisory Board

Jane Arnold joined the supervisory board of voxeljet AG in June 2023. Throughout her manufacturing and technology focused career, Mrs. Arnold gained extensive and profound expertise for Industry 4.0 applications and is a recognized keynote speaker and evangelist. She started her career as a process control engineer in the chemical industry before she joined the German DAX company Covestro, where she served as Senior Vice President, Head of Process Control Technology. In 2021 she joined Stanley Black & Decker, one of the world’s largest tool companies as Vice President, Manufacturing and Operations Technology, where she redesigned and digitized the shop floor with emerging technologies, among others, additive manufacturing. Currently, Mrs. Arnold is a venture partner at Momenta, a leading Digital Industry venture capital and growth firm and serves as board member at APERIO. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She deepened her skills in business, technology and leadership through continuing education studies at the Oxford University Business Economics Program and the MIT Sloan Executive Education Program.
