Your apprenticeship with a future - and personality
If you decide to become an industrial clerk, you are choosing a versatile profession at the heart of the company. But you can expect even more from us: a personal training experience with responsibility, exciting projects – and a team that really supports you.
Industrial clerk training - an entry that welcomes you
The first day of becoming an apprentice is often full of new impressions. To help you feel at home quickly, we have developed a well thought-out induction concept with personal support. One highlight is our trainee mentor system: experienced trainees are on hand to support newcomers, answer everyday questions and help with orientation.
“I thought it would be much more serious – but the atmosphere was immediately relaxed, friendly and yet professional. I thought it was particularly cool that everyone here is on first-name terms – from trainees to management. That makes it much easier to get started and immediately creates a sense of closeness within the team.”
– Thomas, 3rd year apprentice
During your apprenticeship, you will gradually move through various departments: from purchasing, marketing and HR to accounting, customer service and even production. This will give you a comprehensive insight into our company – and allow you to find out where your strengths and interests lie.
“I quickly realized that being an industrial clerk isn’t just about sitting at a desk – the training is much more dynamic and varied than I thought. Among other things, I was involved in preparing a trade fair, took over the front office independently for two weeks and held meetings with customers on my own – always in consultation with my supervisors, of course. My tasks also included creating content for the intranet and liaising with suppliers. These experiences show me how varied the job is.”
– Nico, 3rd year apprentice
You get responsibility - and we stand behind you
Right from the start, you will be encouraged to work on tasks independently. Your team and your trainers will support you, but you will also be given the space to find your own solutions. With each new project and department, not only will your specialist knowledge grow, but also your self-confidence.
“It’s important to me that trainees learn to have confidence in themselves – because independence not only promotes professional competence, but also self-confidence.”
Anna-Lena Peischl, Human Resources Specialist & Instructor
Practice with added value: projects, creativity & technology
The extras of our training are particularly exciting: Trainee excursions to black light mini golf or Skyline Park, creative workshops, 3D printing projects or courses such as our 3D blender project, where you design and print your own 3D models. Here you can combine technology and design while gaining a better understanding of our product portfolio.
We also offer you the opportunity to contribute your own ideas: from video projects in marketing to working independently on small sub-projects in other areas.
“The Blender course was one of the highlights of my training. We were able to design our own 3D models and then actually print them out – turning an idea into a real component. Not only did I work creatively, but I also experienced how exciting and future-oriented 3D printing technology is.”
– Nico, 3rd year apprentice
