Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Objective:

Ensuring electrotechnical production documents for the secured construction of the systems.

Your tasks:

Project planning of machines and control cabinets
Creation of circuit diagrams with E-Plan incl. e.g. planning of the required hardware, conception of the wiring of the components, planning of the systems according to standards, design of drives and sensors as well as creation of parts lists for systems
Maintenance of existing circuit diagrams incl. e.g., troubleshooting in circuit diagrams and adaptation according to customer requirements
Supervision of the installation of control cabinets and machines
Testing and commissioning of control cabinets
Support during installation and commissioning of systems
Parameterization of drives
Evaluation of safety-related machine controls with SISTEMA
Creation of PLC program modules for components and peripherals

Your profile:

successfully completed training as a technician in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
relevant professional experience
good knowledge of E-Plan as well as experience in PLC programming, preferably in B&R Automation Studio; basic knowledge of Siemens, C, ST, Sistema an advantage
good knowledge of drive technology and machine safety
confident handling of PC and Office applications
first experiences with a ticket system advantageous, preferably JIRA
good knowledge of written and spoken English
goal-oriented and structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
high level of communication and teamwork skills
ability to deal with conflicts
high reliability and sense of responsibility
strong sense of independence and initiative
high creativity
occasional willingness to travel
